For 80 summers, Camp Moshava Wild Rose has been instilling in its campers and staff from all over the world, a love of Israel, Torah and Avodah/Service through innovative summer programming.
Our Beit Knesset has been the focal point and heart of the Machane (Camp). It is where we convene for daily tefilah, performance art, and attend peulot (activities). Whether it be at Friday night tefilah or Motzei Shabbat Havdalah, the entire Camp comes together in our Beit Knesset and our Jewish spirit ignites. The Beit Knesset is the building that provides us with shelter during inclement weather and an assembly place for Camp wide programming. Unfortunately, the current space cannot meet our growing needs. The time has come to prepare Camp Moshava for the next generation of Jewish leaders. With your help we can renew and renovate our Beit Knesset. Our goal is to enhance and modernize our existing facility while maintaining the traditional feel of Camp. This renovation will allow the entire Machane to congregate together more comfortably.
While many things have changed in Camp over the years, one of the things that has never changed is the sense of family and community. We invite you, as part of our family to help shape our future and honor our past.
Upgrades to the Beit Knesset will include:
During Phase I of our capital campaign all money raised above and beyond the Beit Knesset project will go towards funding much needed updates to our facilities. These upgrades will enhance our campers comfort, safety and overall camping experience.
Please Join us in our Campaign to build Camp Moshava’s future. Help us Celebrate 80 years of providing a meaningful Jewish camping experience to generations of Jewish youth.
