Machal/Avodah

Machal/Avodah is the ultimate six-week camp experience. After four weeks of Machal, campers embark on an incredible trip through South Dakota, Wyoming, and the American West before returning to serve on Avodah. They will give back to camp, grow as leaders, and build friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Registration Policies

Fees

REGISTRATION FEES: There is a $1000 registration fee per child for all programs, of which $300 is non-refundable. This fee must accompany the registration/application.
TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Tuition is payable in three installments:
1) one-third is due by November 15, 2026
2) one-third by January 15, 2027
3) The remaining balance is due by March 15, 2027.
ADDITIONAL FEES: The camping tuition includes Shekem (canteen) provided in camp, as well as laundry. However, prescriptions and doctor visits outside the camp are not included.

Acceptance

NEW CAMPERS: All new attendees of Camp Moshava Wild Rose must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or principal, and may also be contacted for an interview.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

PARTIAL ATTENDANCE: Camp Moshava cannot pro-rate camping fees for late arrivals or early departures.
CAMPER DISMISSAL: Campers sent home for disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds for cancellations follow the schedule below.

Upon Registration: $300 of the registration is non-refundable
After October 15, 2026: The full $1,000 registration deposit is non-refundable
After January 15, 2027: 35% of the total tuition is non-refundable
After April 1, 2027: 100% of the total tuition is non-refundable
